Products may be online-exclusive, limited in quantity or subject to per-customer limits. We may correct listings, restrict geographic availability, limit quantities or discontinue products, subject to completed orders and applicable law.

• Display settings can affect how product colors appear on your device.
• Packaging artwork, manufacturer seals and minor factory details may vary between print runs.
• Card-condition descriptions reflect a reasonable assessment but do not guarantee a future grading result.
• Graded-card buyers should verify certification details with the named grading company.
• Randomized packs, boxes and mystery products do not guarantee a particular card, pull, grade or resale value unless expressly stated.

Prices, Payments & Taxes

Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted. You agree to pay the price, shipping charges, taxes and other amounts displayed at checkout. International duties and import fees are governed by our Shipping Policy.

If a price or payment error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

Billing, Accounts & Order Acceptance

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current billing, delivery, contact and account information. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. We may hold, limit or cancel an order for lawful reasons such as failed verification, suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability or purchase-limit abuse. Any required refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping, Delivery & Pre-Orders

Delivery estimates, address responsibilities, customs charges and returned shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. Pre-order release dates, mixed orders, distributor allocations, customer limits and cancellation terms are governed by our Pre-Order Policy.

If we cannot ship within a stated or legally applicable timeframe, we will provide the notice, updated estimate, cancellation choice or refund required by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return eligibility, damage-reporting deadlines, non-returnable products, restocking fees, digital items, exchanges and refund timing are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Opened randomized products are generally non-returnable because their condition and contents cannot be restored, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

The site may provide access to third-party services, payment providers, embedded content or links that we do not control. They may be offered “as available” and are subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By voluntarily posting a review, image, suggestion or other submission, you grant PokeVaults a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, edit for formatting, display and use that content in connection with the store and its promotion, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to submit the content. It must not be unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, PokeVaults owns or lawfully uses the website design, store branding, original text, graphics and other site materials. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

Pokémon and related names, characters and marks belong to their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. PokeVaults is an independent retailer and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those trademark owners unless expressly stated.

Personal Information

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy. Third-party payment, analytics or delivery providers may process information under their own policies.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or security codes by email.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges or other content may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information when discovered, including after an order is submitted.

If a material correction affects an order, we may request confirmation, offer appropriate options or cancel and refund the affected purchase as required by law.

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or third parties, or when these Terms are materially violated.

Rights and obligations that arose before termination—including payment, refunds, ownership, disclaimers and lawful limitations—remain effective where their nature requires it.

Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.

These Terms and the policies posted on the site form the entire agreement concerning use of the website and store services, except for any separate written agreement signed by PokeVaults.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United States and the laws applicable at PokeVaults’ principal place of business, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
