Products & Authenticity

Collector essentials
Are the Pokémon cards and sealed products authentic?

Yes. PokeVaults sources products with authenticity as the first priority and inspects items before they are listed or shipped. Sealed products, singles and graded cards are clearly identified so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Do you sell both English and Japanese Pokémon products?

Yes. Our selection can include English and Japanese booster boxes, booster bundles, collection boxes, singles and accessories. The language and product region are stated in the product title or description.

What does Near Mint mean for a single card?

Near Mint generally means a card has a clean appearance with only very minor imperfections from printing, handling or storage. It does not guarantee a perfect grading score. Review the product images and condition notes before ordering.

How can I verify a graded Pokémon card?

Use the certification number printed on the slab to check the card on the grading company’s official verification website. Confirm that the card name, set, grade and certification information match the slab you are buying.

Are loose booster packs weighed or searched?

PokeVaults does not present searched packs as unsearched. Product source and condition are described as clearly as possible. Modern pack weights are not a reliable guarantee of what a pack contains, and no specific pull is promised.

Why do Pokémon card and sealed-product prices change?

Prices can change because of market demand, availability, set popularity, card condition, recent sales and distributor costs. Limited releases and older sealed products may move in price more quickly than regular retail items.

Does buying a booster box guarantee a rare or valuable card?

No. Pull rates vary by product and set, and sealed Pokémon products never guarantee a specific card unless the manufacturer explicitly states that a promotional card is included. Opening sealed products always involves chance.

Orders, Pre-Orders & Restocks

Before you purchase
How do PokeVaults pre-orders work?

A pre-order reserves an upcoming product before its release. The expected release or shipping window is shown on the product page when available. Manufacturer and distributor delays can change that date, and any important update will be communicated to affected customers.

Will in-stock items ship with my pre-order?

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be held until every item is available unless split shipping is arranged. For faster delivery of in-stock products, place them in a separate order or contact us before ordering.

When will a sold-out Pokémon product be restocked?

Restocks depend on distributor availability and are not always guaranteed. Join the PokeVaults email list for restock alerts, new releases and limited-product announcements.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help before the order enters processing, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after packing or shipment. Pre-order cancellation terms may vary by product.

How do mystery products work?

Mystery products contain randomly selected items within the description provided on the product page. Buying one does not guarantee the highest-value prize, a specific character or a particular grade. Always review the stated contents and terms before purchasing.

Can I sell or trade my Pokémon cards to PokeVaults?

Yes, selected cards and collections may be considered. Email clear front-and-back photos, card names, condition details and any grading information to info@pokevaults.com for review. An offer is not guaranteed.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

After checkout
How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order is processed, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

How are cards and sealed products packaged?

Orders are packed with collector protection in mind. Singles are secured against movement and bending, while sealed products are cushioned to reduce damage during transit. Packaging may vary according to the item and order size.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Keep all products and packaging, then contact us promptly at info@pokevaults.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, label, packing materials and damaged item so the issue can be reviewed.

Can opened Pokémon products be returned?

Opened booster packs, boxes and other randomized products generally cannot be returned because their original condition cannot be restored. Eligibility for unopened products depends on the store return policy and the item’s condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Available destinations and shipping options are shown during checkout. International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import requirements unless the checkout page states otherwise.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The currently available payment methods appear securely at checkout. Options can vary by customer location, order value and payment-provider availability.
