Is the first estimate guaranteed?

No. An estimate based on photos is preliminary. The final offer depends on physical inspection, authenticity and actual condition.

Should I mail my cards immediately?

No. Wait until PokeVaults confirms that your submission is being considered and sends packing and shipping instructions.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping arrangements are confirmed with each accepted submission. Unless agreed otherwise, the sender is responsible for safe packaging, insurance and delivery.

Can an offer be declined?

Yes. You are not required to accept an offer. If cards have already been shipped, return-shipping terms will apply.
