Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before items are shipped by contacting our customer service team at support@pokevaults.com.

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Rush-order items are typically shipped within 24 hours, so cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Cancellation Fees

  • All approved cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee.

  • This fee applies to both in-stock items and pre-order items.

  • If your order is cancelled by us for any reason without your request, the 10% cancellation fee will not apply.

Abuse & Automated Orders

If you are found to be using third-party software, bots, or multiple accounts to bypass order limits, your order will be immediately cancelled and charged the full 10% cancellation fee.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
