International Shipping Policy Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you have questions regarding customs rules, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Customs Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm with their customs office that the ordered products can be lawfully imported.
We will ship all orders exactly as provided to the address entered at checkout. Once an order has shipped, address information cannot be changed, and any errors may cause delivery delays or rejection.

We always strive to ship orders quickly and accurately, based on the agreed shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated by package weight.

If a package is seized or rejected by Customs, we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders clear customs without any issues, but in the rare case a package is returned, you may be responsible for return shipping costs in accordance with local regulations.

Import Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported to their country. When ordering from pokevaults.com, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once they reach the destination country.
Most customers are not charged additional fees, but if your shipment is assessed import charges, payment will be required upon delivery.

If you refuse the shipment due to customs charges, or if your order is rejected by customs or returned due to an undeliverable address, we can refund the product cost only once the package is returned to our warehouse. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

Please note that returned international packages may take a significant amount of time to arrive — in rare cases, up to one year.
