Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order products will be shipped on or before their official release date, unless otherwise stated.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items (or multiple pre-orders with different release dates), the order will not ship until all items are in stock.
Cancellation of Pre-Orders
Pre-order products can be cancelled before our distributor deadlines.
Please note that a 10% cancellation fee may apply — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

Product Allocations
Allocations are determined after distributor orders are finalized. While we make every effort to prevent overselling, distributors occasionally short products, particularly for specialty or limited releases such as Hidden Fates, Champion’s Path, or Special Collection Sets.
In such cases, we may need to cancel affected orders and will issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill them.
Fraud Risk Orders
Orders flagged for potential fraud risk (e.g., mismatched billing and shipping addresses, missing CVV code, mismatched IP address, etc.) may be automatically cancelled.
If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged, please contact support@pokevaults.com to verify and attempt another purchase.
Per-Customer Limits
If you place multiple orders exceeding the stated “Per Customer Limit”, the additional orders will be cancelled unless special arrangements are made.
Customers attempting to bypass limits by creating multiple names, accounts, or addresses will have all related orders cancelled and may be restricted from future purchases.
Payment Policy
All pre-order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
